My Approach

​Life has unexpected turns and learning how to overcome these challenges with resiliency is the key to achieving fulfillment. I believe that each person has inner strengths that once tapped into, is the driving force that helps them reach stability. Therapy is part of the process where you can heal past wounds, discover your inner strengths, and maximize your problem-solving skills.

I believe in using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) with a strengths-based approach. In addition, as a member of a minority group myself, I bring a multicultural perspective that allows me to work with a wide range of clients.
